Water Activities in Wiltshire

You may not immediately think of Wiltshire for water activities but you’d be wrong…

In the north of Wiltshire is the Cotswold Water Park which features 150 lakes alone! Here you can try your hand at many water sports including wakeboarding, canoeing, kayaking, sailing and ringo rides. For those looking for a quieter time, why not enjoy a spot of fishing or relax on the Park’s inland beach.

Further south in the county there’s the Kennet & Avon Canal which spans the width of Wiltshire. Hire a canoe at Towpath Trails in Bradford on Avon to explore Wiltshire’s grand waterway or hop aboard a canal boat at Bradford on Avon or Devizes for a cruise along this tranquil waterway.
