Riot Ensemble have been connecting people to great contemporary music since 2012. For their WMC debut, Riot take over the Centre with an interactive programme that draws upon natural sound, experimentation and playfulness. Culminating with Smith's Anthozoa, this captivating concert will leave listeners thinking about music and the world around them in a new way. The first half takes the form of an interactive experience across multiple rooms – starting in the WMC Foyer. Audience members will have the chance to explore the creative process and techniques behind the music with the musicians, ahead of a full concert performance in the Auditorium.
