MOZART Piano Concerto 23 K488 in A
MOZART Wind Serenade K388 in C minor
MOZART Symphony 29 K201 in A
There are very few years in Mozart's life in which he wasn't composing and the young prodigy had already written his first symphony by the age of eight. Steven Devine is one of the leading exponents of the fortepiano and with the musicians of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment they perform a selection of seminal works from different stages in the composer's lifetime. As a young teenager, Mozart wrote the scintillating Symphony No. 29 K201, and the piano concerto K488 was a product of his final years.
