Food and Drink
If you’re a fan of gin and into this latest trend then head to the Great British Gin Festival in Salisbury City Hall, purchase some goodies and find the perfect gin for you. The Old Bell Hotel in Malmesbury will also be having a Gin Garden Party, with live music, a BBQ and entertainment, as well as the opportunity to taste over 20 gins! Another occasion to get outside and tantalise your taste buds is at Longleat’s Food and Drink Festival on 23 - 24 June. Looking to taste local produce? Then visit Taste of Corsham for some of the best flavours the county has to offer!
Carnivals & Festivals
Air displays, military replicas, insightful talks and more the Chalke Valley History Festival is an educational and fun day out. Blue Sky Festival at the Pound Arts Centre is a celebration of the arts and will include, film, music, comedy, visual arts and talks.
Calne Summer Festival & Carnival will take place in the town centre to mark the start of summer. On the borders you can listen to some fantastic artists such as Gary Barlow, George Ezra, Kasabian, Paloma Faith, UB40 at Westonbirt Aboretum Forest Live!
Outdoors
Cool down in the summer heat and rent your own canoe at Towpath Trails in Bradford on Avon and explore the Kennet & Avon Canal. Or how about making a break out of it on a Canal Boat Holiday with Honeystreet boats or Devizes Marina Village!
