The Great Bustard is delighted to announce the launch of its new Supper Club series, bringing together talented and world-class chefs for an unforgettable four-hands dinner with their very own Jordan Taylor. Kicking off on Saturday May 17th, the first in the series will feature an exclusive collaboration with Bagatelle, the French hospitality brand of luxury restaurants and beach clubs celebrated for its indulgent French-Mediterranean cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. Future editions in the series will see further acclaimed chefs joining the fold for one-night-only, including Chef Director Luke Holder of Hartnett Holder & Co, Limewood and the renowned cook and restaurateur Thomasina Miers.
For this debut event, The Great Bustard's talented head chef Jordan Taylor - known for his dedication to locally sourced ingredients and farm-to-table cooking - will join forces with Bagatelle's expert chefs. Together, they will craft a menu that seamlessly blends their distinctive styles, celebrating the best of both culinary worlds. Bagatelle and world class DJ, Numa Lesage, will bring their signature style and atmosphere to set a lively mood, enhancing the already exceptional culinary experience.
