Prepare yourself for an evening of FUN. Wafaa Powell will introduce you to Lebanese food, which is healthy, fresh, tasty, aromatic and versatile. Plenty of whole grains, fruit and vegetables are used in a creative and delicious way.
The menu this evening is called 'Celebrating Spring'.
- Koussa b laban - baked courgettes in a mint yoghurt dressing
- Sele b loubieh - Spinach and black eye beans dressed with fried garlic and coriander
- Arnabit b tahini - baked cauliflower and potatoes cooked in spiced tahini sauce
A hands-on cookery class with supper and refreshments after and belly dancing to finish (join in or watch, up to you!)

£70 for hands-on cookery class including supper with wine (non alcoholic if preferred) and lots to take home and share.
