Menu – Gnocchi, Parmigiana, Arancini, Garlic Dough Bites & Tomato Ragu
This class costs £40 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together so where we have equal numbers you will have your own table but be sharing a hob and working as a team!
Homemade Gnocchi is so much nicer than the bought version, it is simply a mixture of potato and flour but the ratios are key!
Parmigiana is meat, Quorn or vegetables coated in breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan and either baked or fried. You can choose from chicken, Quorn or aubergine
Arancini are traditionally fried but we are going to make a healthier baked version. Homemade Risotto is shaped around a nugget of cheese and then coated in breadcrumbs before being baked so that the cheese is deliciously gooey!
Homemade bread is always a winner, these Garlic Dough Bites are super easy to make and only need a short second prove then a quick blast in the oven.
All of our Italian Feast bites work well with a Tomato Ragu so we will make our Tomato sauce and leave it to reduce, sweeten and thicken as we create the rest of the Feast
£40.00 per adult includes all the ingredient, recipes, aprons, hot drinks and sparkling elderflower with your meal.
You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
