The four-star Legacy Rose & Crown Hotel is an original 13th century coaching inn, located in the City of Salisbury, with stunning views across the River Avon and Salisbury Cathedral forming part of the picturesque skyline. With 34 charming bedrooms and suites and a restaurant that can cater for 120 guests, the hotel is a sought-after venue for weddings.
Many original features, dating back over 600 years, still remain having lovingly been preserved to retain as much character as possible. The original section of the building still boasts its wooden beams throughout and log fires that are lit during the colder months can be found dotted around the hotel.
Over the year’s new sections have been added to the hotel to provide further event space and bedrooms with every care being taken to ensure they are in keeping with the traditional coaching inn of the Middle Ages. A selection of stylish and tasteful bedrooms are available including deluxe rooms, executive rooms and luxury suites, some with private terraces offering views across the river.
