Founder John Gater travelled the USA and enjoyed fresh food, cooked simply and full of flavour. On his return to the UK in 2007, he opened his own restaurant, focused on fresh ingredients cooked over hot coals or served baking hot from a stone oven. Now, with comfortable booth seating, second to none service and a wide range of dishes, from spectacular sharers to the stunning signature flame-grilled firesticks, beef and fish dishes dominate and still hold true to those original beliefs.
