The Bishop's Mill is situated in an idyllic 18th Century riverside building, built on a site owned by the Bishop of Old Sarum, which appears in the Doomsday Book. Old Sarum is the site of the earliest settlement of Salisbury and is mentioned in some of the earliest records in the country. Due to its riverside location, seasonal menu, great wines and real ales, the Mill is one of Salisbury’s most popular pubs. The awe-inspiring two storey building creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Combined with excellent customer service, the Mill attracts locals and tourists from all over the world, who return again and again.
