If you are feeling bored of the usual sausage & burger laden barbecue, then join Peter for this inspirational Italian themed cookery class. Learn about the way the Italians cook on charcoal, known as 'Grigliata'. This session is packed with tips on Italian cookery - using the best of summer produce including incredible chicken from Castle Mead Farm in Radstock, Somerset .It can be made suitable for vegetarians, but not vegan or gluten free. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask all your questions about cooking with charcoal.

- Burrata with Italian style Grigliata peppers

- Confit of fennel with parsley & lemon dressing
