Our Professional Kitchen Essentials course leads to an internationally recognised qualification. It has helped previous graduates get jobs in the industry: ski season; cooking on private yachts; event catering; setting up a cookery school; writing a cookery book; feeling more confident and competent cooking for family and friends. Catherine Maxwell and Peter Vaughan, who teach this course, are highly qualified chefs who have worked in fine dining establishments in the past and know the industry well. Both of them are also qualified teachers who have been sharing their professional knowledge and skills with others for many years.
During this evening you will make and present a three course meal, learn about the course content and the resulting qualification and get the chance to ask questions and find out the details.
Students will be taught in a small group and will receive a practical, hands-on experience.
