About
Tom's passion for Spanish dishes is because of the vibrancy of this cuisine. The colours and flavours all 'sing' on the plate and in your mouth, and they make you feel as if the sun is shining, even on a Sunday in Winter in UK!
It is suitable for all levels of culinary ability, as the group is small so the competent can be 'stretched' and the less competent can be supported.
On the menu will be:
- Jamon croquetas (as a tapas style starter)
- Cocido des montañés (mountain stew, made with pork shoulder, chorizo, chickpeas)
- Potatas bravas
- Spinach with cumin & pinenuts (this touches on the North African influence with the cumin)
- Aioli to serve with croquetas
- Santiago tart with creme fraiche
Guide Prices
£120 for hands on cookery class including lunch with wine (non alcoholic if preferred) and lots to take home and share
